Important information about the Vetting and Barring Scheme.

The IFI Team have received a selection of enquiries about the Vetting and Barring Scheme. At a recent IFI seminar there was some confusion and uncertainty amongst delegates about responsibilities and timescales for implementation of the scheme.

As promised, we have investigated further and have been directed to a very useful website which contains practical information for individuals and organisations who need or wish to register with the Vetting and Barring Scheme, whether as potential employees/volunteers or as employers/service providers.
