I don’t already collect information about disabled visits, will that be a problem?
If you do not already collect this data it will not affect your accreditation however if you are collecting information about disabled visits and inductions prior to the IFI accreditation, this will give you a base line to start from. If not, then the IFI ask that you start to collect this information from your agreed accreditation date.
