· This session takes a look at the potential market that facilities can target . During the day this seminar will build on what facilities are currently doing to increase usage and how this can be developed. A workshop will be run to help facilities develop an inclusive marketing plan and generate ideas with other regional facilities. This session will also look at developing accessible literature to reach all aspects of your community.
Inclusive Connections: Developing and sustaining successful partnerships

· This session will focus on how you can develop new links within your community to increase the number of people using your facility. It will also provide ideas on determining an effective partnership and provide an ideal opportunity to get the links started with an exhibition of disability organisations to link with.

· This session takes a more detailed look at inclusive marketing. The event will cover useful suggestions for writing press releases, ensuring the content of articles is accurate, and that there is a use of inclusive imagery. The session will also cover website content, developing press contacts and creating a facility newsletter
Quids In-clusive: Maximising the commercial development of an inclusive fitness facility

· This event will focus on the business case for inclusion and how you can increase your customer numbers through having an inclusive fitness facility. This session looks at using evidence of being a proactive fitness facility for writing funding applications, using research to support applications as well as current strategies centres can link in with to increase participation.
