Equipment Suppliers receive a certificate of accreditation which details the items of fitness equipment that have received IFI accredited status. This certificate also highlights how long each item of equipment is accredited to.
If you are tendering for new fitness equipment, ensure Equipment Suppliers provide you with a copy of the above certificate to demonstrate what items of equipment they have which are IFI accredited.
With the rollout of the Stage Two Standards, equipment suppliers now have the opportunity to accredit items of fitness equipment against these Standards. Any items of equipment meeting the Stage Two Standards will receive a certificate of accreditation stating this.
