Hertfordshire Sports Village is celebrating Inclusive Fitness Week by offering free gym inductions to disabled people. Come and try our inclusive fitness equipment and gain advice about exercise from one of our trained health and fitness coaches who have the IFI level 3 Award in Exercise Programming with disabled people. In addition, anyone taking out a pre-paid health & fitness membership on the day will receive the rest of May for free – saving over £40!
