Want to help the Government decide the future of Wheelchair Services?

If so, go to www.csed.csip.org.uk where you will find a questionnaire for Wheelchair Users to complete.

This is part of the Department of Health’s Transforming Community Equipment and Wheelchair Services Project, and will form part of a business case to be presented to the Minister in December 2007.
