On the 4-6th December 2007, the Stoke Association's second Annual UK Stroke Forum took place at Harrogate International Centre. The event welcomed over 1,000 delegates which included Physicians, Therapists, Nurses, Researchers and Health Professionals.
The IFI exhibited along with 30 other exhibitors, providing the opportunity to promote the work of the IFI and develop potential partnerships. Many Therapists and Nurses were interested in the local IFI Accredited Facilities that they could link with and the research being carried out into making fitness equipment more inclusive.
The event coincided with the Launch of the New National Stroke Strategy from the Department of Health. The strategy was launched on 5th December and more details can be found at
