Henbury hosts a 25m, 6 lane main pool and a learner pool. The main pool can be accessed by steps or a host. The changing facilities include a large village changing room and a disabled changing room. There is a lift up to the first floor which leads to the fitness studio, dance studio, fitness changing rooms and fitness disabled changing rooms. The fitness studio has approx 60 pieces of equipment with a number of these being IFI approved. A portable hearing loop is available for customers. A 4 court sports hall is on the ground floor, with activities ranging from badminton, football, cricket, disability football, boccia and much more. A disabled changing room is also found next to the sports hall. There are 2 designated disabled parking bays at the front of the building. A hearing loop is provided in the reception area.
The IFI scheme at Henbury is priced at £1.50 per person
The centre opened in September 2005 as part of a PFI project, it is based next to Henbury Secondary school.
