Customer have the option to use the try before you buy service allowing them to try the equipment before parting with any money. A DVD has also been created to show potential members who may be unsure about using the gym what the site looks like and how to get around it.

£10 for an Induction ( compulsory)
£1 per session

Saturday 7.30am-7.00pm
Sunday 8.00am-7.00pm
