Level 3 Course Objectives
- The development of an understanding of impairments and medical conditions in relation to physical fitness and training.
- An understanding of issues relating to motivation and adherence to training with disabled people.
- The ability and confidence to complete functional assessments with disabled people.
- The ability and confidence to develop fitness programmes that meet the needs of disabled people.
- The ability to support other staff to improve service quality and programming with disabled people.

Please be advised that the Level 3 training course is free for all NSF, Main Scheme and Pilot IFI sites. If you are an external candidate you are able to apply to attend the course for a fee of £350. However priority has to be given to IFI approved sites and you will be informed no later that 3 weeks before the start of the course if your application has been successful. If you have any questions concerning the course fee please do not hesitate to call Cheryl Davidson on the number below.
It is essential that you complete the course registration form and return it to the IFI office no later than three weeks before the first date of the course. However you are encouraged to return the form to the IFI office at the earliest opportunity to ensure your place on the course even if it is six months in advance. This can be done by post to the IFI office address on the form, or by email to Cheryl Davidson at Cheryl@inclusivefitness.org. If returning the form by email, a signature is not required. Your signature will be sought during the Course.
